Provided guidance and support for the organization and staff during the outsourcing transition from Disney to ACS and through leadership changes of four different directors while with ACS.

Network Specialist in the LAN/MAN-West group providing second-level operational support for Disneys Burbank/Glendale Metropolitan Area Network maintaining more than 30,000 ports on 275 devices in more than 40 locations supplying data networking services to Consumer Products, Film and Corporate clients.

Successfully managed FY 2005 project with $910,000 budget to research, specify, purchase and implement replacement of end-of-life Cisco equipment. Provided planning, projection and design support for the combined 2004/2005 project which swapped out $1.6 million of Cisco gear over two years while re-purposing approximately $475,000 worth of Cisco gear. Researched Cisco end-of-life bulletins and compared against existing inventory to plan budget for $1.8 million in purchases through 2008.
