ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Responsible for successful operation of a $2.1 million+
department. Interview, hire, train, schedule,
coach and motivate a staff of four to sixteen employees based upon seasonal
needs. Forecast and budget daily,
monthly and annual sales and expenses.
Merchandise daily, organize monthly promotional events and annual trunk

Participated in opening a new, 240,000 square foot department store in
the Atlanta metro area. Including
completely stocking and merchandising all departments, training a brand new full
