working with a 5 person team managing 30+ production servers in a zero
down time environment and also providing level 3 supports for 4000+ user.

environment was a mix of Novell and Windows boxes running on Compaq and
Dell hardware.
- File and
Print and NDS are running on Netware 5.1.
- When I
started this was NT 4.0 domain but we since have migrated it over to
Windows 2000 Server and from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000.
- Creating
User account, Moving and trouble shooting permissions in Active Directory.
- I was also
involved with Patch and Software Testing and Deployment.

tasked with the daily and weekly backups of the servers.
