·         Served as TPN/EFL/Eclipsys/Allscripts application owner for the Physician Applications Team.
·         Work closely with project managers and vendors including the coordination of the go-live from MData to Clinical Xpert Navigator as well as the go-live of Invision(SMS) and ECHO Credentialing System to Soarian Financials.   
·         Compile test documentation for new application implementations.
·         Provide support for CodoniX, Magic Web, Clinical Xpert Navigator, Syngo Imaging, Centricity(Logician), SMS(Invision), Physician Databases, and Allscripts.
·         Provide physician support at Grand Rounds, including assistance with personal digital assistants and other mobile devices supporting clinical applications they will use while at the hospital.
·         Train medical students and residents on various applications that they will use while at the hospital.
·         Work with resident coordinators and medical student coordinators at the University of Alabama at Birmingham to coordinate training efforts.
·         Work closely with physicians and other hospital staff to troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate projects.
·         Perform on-call duties every three to four weeks, which includes working closely with other members of other teams as well as with physicians and other customers that need assistance after hours.
·         Code and provide support for the Physician Support Website as well as the Physician Signup Form.
·         Maintain frequent communication with vendors regarding projects, application/system issues, go-lives, etc.
·         Participate in functional testing for Soarian Financials Implementation.
·         Maintain frequent contact with customers and troubleshoot customer issues
