OMNI application consists of Power
Builder/JSP front end and Tuxedo c++ middleware services. OMNI is used by BOA
associates and OLB(Online banking) for Total/Cash Credit Line Change,Manual
Graduation, Reopen, Reissue, Add/Remove Primary/Coapplicant/Guarantor
functionality. For AMCDI project OMNI needs to call Blaze Rules engine web service
(part of huge Call Center web services application which gets/updates Credit
Card information from mainframe, provides interfaces to informix, MQ and
provides other common functionality). Based on the Customer's credit report and
rules entered by Line of Business Blaze returns application decision. For this
project two of the OMNI tuxedo services CreateApp and Decision App were
converted to java web services and moved
as part of CallcenterWS application.

ODS is a system, used for retrieving and
updating credit card details from FDR (First Data). ODS consists of two parts,
the server part, which is deployed on a JBOSS server that hosts Websphere MQ
and the client part, where the clients connect to the server using ODS client
jar file. The clients for the ODS system
are ACS website and Customer Service system.

Total View was an application used by the
Collection division of Applied Card System.
Total View was using screen scraping to retrieve and update data in
FDR(First Data). Total View modules like Refer for Handling, Payoff Calculator,
Contact Info is rewritten to use ODS(Open Data Stream) to get and update data
in FDR. CS2 is also modified to be a part of AIMS. The Epay application which
takes credit card payments using “Your Pay” and check payments is also
rewritten to be part of AIMS. All these modules together forms the new AIMS
application, which is currently used by 1,000 ACS collectors in FL and PA
locations in USA and 2 locations in India.

Application Monitoring System Oct 2006 – Feb 2007
AMS consist of two parts AMS Agent and
AMS server. AMS agent is installed on each of the Jboss application servers. It
is scheduled to run every 10 minutes and it collects various parameters for OS,
Jboss server and the applications and stores them in the database. If the
parameters are not within the predefined values it sends SNMP alerts to the
Command Center. Command center reps will look at AMS server application to find
out the problem and will take appropriate measures.

IDS is a web based system for Consumer
Finance Analysts. Customers who want to apply for loan from MBNA sales partners
(companies such as Gateway,Pella) are redirected to a FNI website where they
can apply for a loan. FNI stores these applications in MBNA Oracle database. Analysts
accept/decline these applications through IDS. Then these applications are sent
to tuxedo based credit middleware for account number generation. The account
number and loan decision are sent back to the customers through the java
process and displayed in sales partner website. The IDS front end was designed
using Coldfusion 5 and IIS web server.

MBNA Credit Middleware Servers Feb 2002 – Feb 2005
MBNA credit middleware servers consist of
300 tuxedo middleware servers, which form the core of the MBNA credit system.
Main function of these servers include pulling a credit bureau, calculating
credit scores, considering strategies, setting the loan terms, making and recording
auto decision and auto verification of the application,etc. The credit
middleware servers service many of the front end systems such as Credit Online,
Midas, CF IDS. The middleware servers are written in C++ and uses genaccess to
access Sybase database SYBPROD.

Vendsys
is a program written in C++, which loads credit card applications from
telemarketing into credit’s Sybase database SYBPROD. This process is used to be
invoked manually by users. This project automated the vendsys loading process
using the Maestro scheduling software. Multiple client programs can be started
by maestro scheduling tool upon arrival of credit card application files in
specified directory locations in the server.

GCM (Global Cash Management) was a
multi-entity, multi-currency Cash Management package developed for JP Morgan

Security functionality.
The
entire System is based on a Client/Server model with a thin GUI client running
on Windows NT
(
MFC ) and server processes running on Solaris. The database is Sybase and the
Middle ware is Encina C++ / DCE (Transactional RPC's ). Manual Entry is a part
of GCM that is used to enter and post manual transactions into GCM and inquire
already posted instruction details. I was responsible for analysis, design,
coding and testing of ME server in Unix and ME client in Windows NT.
