1994-1995:
Led a multi-organizational, multi-disciplined, technical team

development leading to award of $50 million US government Global
Transportation Network (GTN) system. Using SmallTalk, Sybase, and SuiteDOME
networking technologies, this system integrated seven major DOD logistics
systems and currently processes over 3 million messages a day! First multi-service, production system to
provide visibility of government goods moving on commercial assets.
1993-1994: Demonstrated
hands-on leadership capability, technical versatility, and interpersonal
skills implementing an international logistics management system for Texas
Instruments Far East computer chip manufacturing. Process analysis, organic systems
integration, and technical creativity provided real-time visibility and
“just-in-time“ product delivery through Japan, Singapore, and Philippine
facilities to US customer’s door.
1992-1993: Researched, authored, and instituted the
Systems Infrastructure Product Management Plan for development of a global
transportation management system.
Fully operational system now supports world-wide logistics functions
for Texas Instruments, Xerox, Compaq, Apple, Johnson & Johnson, and
Proctor & Gamble.
1986-1991: Directed $22 million DoD Multi-Level
Security (MLS) Communications and Advanced Computer System Testbed
integrating command and control computer systems with secure VMS, Sybase, embedded
network, and communications products.
Led National Security Agency, MITRE, Digital Equipment,
Booz-Allen-Hamilton, and Xerox team responsible for developing and
implementing secure technologies enabling the exchange and tracking of
critical airlift asset and supply information during Panama and Desert Storm
