Senior Data Architect for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command - Condition Based
Maintenance Data Warehouse (CBM-DW) Program. Responsible for logical and physical
architecture required to integrate data from multiple, Army Aviation enterprise data sources including
on-board health monitoring and usage systems (HUMS, IVHMS, MDR, MSPU, VMEP), log book and
maintenance data (ULLS-A), and logistics databases (MCDS, Army Maintenance Consolidated
Database System). Familiar with Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS-A). Duties
include data modeling; logical design of relational and dimensional schemas; investigation, reverse
engineering and documentation of data sources; logical definitions and business rules; assessment of
data quality; development of data extract, transform and load (ETL) logic; data migration logic; and
liaison with POCs for various data sources. Developed mapping of condition indicators (CIs) and
vibration data to helicopter Work Unit Codes (WUC) to enable correlation of maintenance and
vibration data. Developed common taxonomy to identify measured/tracked components, and
systems. Developed algorithms to derive helicopter configuration and component age from
maintenance records and flight data. Performed various special studies including analysis of install
location data, readiness metrics, and flight duration from Digital Source Collection (DSC) systems.
The CBM-DW is a large scale data warehouse with approximately five terabytes of data running
under Oracle 11g.

(ETIMS) Program, sponsored by the Air Force Material Command (MSG/MMF). Logical design of
the object/data model architecture to subsume functionality of twenty plus systems employed to
manage Air Force Technical Orders.

Project Manager/Tech Lead: Developed Integrated Data Environment (IDE) for the Air Force Engine
Test Cell Facilities at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center using Metaphase platform. Performed
project management; facilitated requirements development; generated user documentation; trained
end user; performed all aspects of Metaphase technical development.

Project Manager for development of a web-based Search Engine for Avondale Industries distributed
Product Data Management System - U.S. Navy LPD-17 ship building program.

Senior Systems Consultant: Developed concept of operations; coordinated development of system
requirements; designed architecture; developed workflow; wrote user and training documentation;
and supervised implementation and test of a ship construction configuration management (CM)
system for Avondale Industries - U.S. Navy LPD-17 ship building program. CM was one part of an

modeling for various Air Force programs including suspense tracking; spare part allocation across

Manager - Performance Measurement, Budgets & Schedules: Performed system design and
implementation of computerized planning, control, and performance measurement systems in
conformance with Cost/Schedule Control System Criteria (C/SCSC). Completed system requirements
and design of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and subcontract control system. Conducted
statistical analysis (regression) to quantify cost of Space Shuttle flight schedule delays. Managed
budget, schedule, and performance measurement systems for the Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Booster
(SRB) Program, a $150M per year concern representing 99% of the Division's business base.
Supervised a six person branch with responsibility for issuance of budget and schedule guidance in
conformance with contract and funding constraints; monitored the accuracy and adequacy of
resultant plans and progress reports; developed and promulgated system procedures; performed trend
analysis; reconciled plans to contract value and requirements; and developed a monthly Earned
Value Performance report used to monitor and manage the overall SRB Program for NASA customer.

Project Manager: Supervised a six person unit devoted to the development, programming, and
operation of Industrial Engineering systems to project Space Shuttle Main Engine (SSME) logistic
maintenance requirements; management systems to project overall SSME Program manpower and
budget requirements (Program Operating Plans); and information systems to manage and track
hardware assets. Developed a logistic maintenance projection model, employing discrete event
simulation, for the SSME based upon hardware failure rates, life limits, and other engineering
parameters. Briefed senior management and customer to justify hardware and associated budget
requirements for the $400M per year SSME Program. Managed and performed the entire array of
system development activities including concept development, marketing, system requirements,
design, programming, documentation, installation, training, and maintenance. Performed systems
analysis, model design, and conducted statistical analyses of SSME hardware refurbishment costs,
content, and frequency, as well as numerous special studies.
