experiences in research and development of polymeric blends and their processes

color concentrates in engineering plastics and biopolymers. Experienced in properties analysis of polymeric

Senior Applications Development Engineer: Design, set-up, implement, and manage the
plastics processing laboratory for the company.
Responsible for equipment purchase, supervise installation, and daily
lab routine. Produced the first and
series of masterbatches for reactive additives.
Developed blends and processes that incorporated various reactive additives
produced by the company. Wrote the
standard operating procedures (SOP) for the lab equipment and the technical
data sheets for all reactive additives produced by the company. Technical Service Engineer to customers
worldwide. Introduced and developed
training for the Sales representative and Technical personnel in reactive plastic
additives.
Accomplishments: One US patent, two pending patent
applications, and one patentable invention disclosure.

Research Scientist: Managed the
pilot plant where research and development, process optimization, scale-up of
reactively extruded blends of biodegradable, compostable, and other polymeric
materials were made. Improved processes of biodegradable materials for
fibers in nonwoven applications for personal care products.
Accomplishment: Two patentable invention disclosures that are
company proprietary.
