As
Chief Information Officer for a leading provider of Equipment and Investment
Recovery services for the Telecommunications industry, I spearheaded the
successful execution of a complete IT renovation project expanding across the
United States, Mexico, Europe and China.
By
providing the strategic planning and leadership required for the implementation
of this ambitious project, I directed and managed the development and
implementation of a robust and cost effective open-source web-based .net CRM
and ERP system; introduced state-of-the-art technologies such as servers and
desktops virtualization, MPLS networks, and a multitude of Windows CE mobile

Document Management System. In addition, in my extended COO
responsibilities, I worked closely with the CEO and the CFO to develop the

GWI—owner/operator of short-line and regional freight railroads in the US,

for a variety of executive, managerial, and operation systems in the company’s
transportation and technology departments, including implementation of several
federal railroad-compliant business and financial applications.

additional staffing services, third-party vendor and outsourcing proposal

Sentry
Group, Inc.
Led the
design and implementation of Sentry’s most critical application dbSafePRO;
architected the technology and interfaces required to completely automate the
manufacturing line of the newly introduced fire retardant safes with electronic
combinations. Working side by side with other vendors and suppliers such as
Informatica ECS, and introducing sophisticated tools such as Combination
Dial-Out Machines, In-Line Electronic Board Testers and Barcode Readers, the
NewWave Consulting Group team was able to completely automate the production
line while entirely eliminating the need of manual data-entry into the company
ERP system. The automation project tripled
Sentry's Fire Resistant Safes production in less than four months.
Due to the
success of the manufacturing automation project, the Sentry Group has
subsequently engaged the services of NewWave Consulting Group and Informatica
ECS again, to design and implement a new CRM system which is currently used by
Sentry’s Customer Support department; in addition to traditional CRM functions,
the application interfaces with the company’s ERP system and it allows for the
secured retrieval of the safes default electronic and dial out combinations as
well as the issuing of duplicate keys.

domains, group policies and related connectivity and integration with the
systems and network at the Golisano Children Center at Rochester Strong
