• Managed a 10 person engineering support team through a rigorous 2-year, 2-product technical and limited user test (LUT) program, which generated a $22M Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) contract for the Brigade Combat Team Modernization (BCTM) Unattended Ground Sensor (UGS) program.

·         Maintained communication channels between end-users, customers and engineering team resulting in over 15 BCTM product improvements.

·         Derived customer and system requirements forparticipation in six emerging technology field experiments conducted by PdM C4ISROTM and US Army Soldier Battle Lab to ensure on-time delivery.

·         Trained US Army soldiers in the field on the tactical deployment of 4 sensor systems.
