·         Gathered business requirement for implementation of SAP HR, PA, and Time Management.
·         Participate and conduct requirement gathering sessions, Created Enterprise structure by defining the Personnel area, Personnel subareas, Employee group, Employee subgroup, assigned the Personnel area to company code and Employee sub group to Employee group.
·         Used PA40 for hiring of employees and responsible for hiring actions, created new personnel action, personnel data, planned working time, and basic pay.
·         Complete conversant with setting up of Personal Action for creation and loading of Master Data.
·         Customized action like hiring transfer, change of pay, termination, etc.
·         Defined feature PINCH to default HR administrator.

·         Configured IMG settings (work schedules, absences, attendances, quotas, counting rules) required for Time Management.

This project is a Support and Development project. Worked as a single resource on PA, OM, TM and worked with various business users under the direction of SAP Applications Department and the HR Department.

·         Lead the effort to analyze the existing Global Organizational Structure and initiated a data cleansing effort across the global organizational hierarchy.
·         Worked with HR to build the revised Organizational Structure in OM and made modifications to Personnel Actions. 
·         Organizational structure-process improvements by providing good readable reports to management and HR to show the current picture of the organizational structure.
