·         Program Manager for Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project (DCMP).Developed and supported the implementation of the Project’s Environmental Management and Compliance Plan (EMCP) to manage the Metropolitan Washington Airport Authorities environmental management and compliance responsibilities and commitments during the construction of a 23.1 mile extension of the Metrorail which has a constructionvalue of $6.6B.  Led various on-call environmental support activities such as environmental training development and support; the development of information management tools to track progress of environmental actions and commitments; the development of a Human Health Risk Assessment and a Waste Determination Study; review of construction contractor correspondence and submittals; and the performance of QA/QC of documents, procedures, and formal project letters with environmental implications.
·         Project Manager for the development of a Business Case for FAA’s Unstaffed Infrastructure Program.Supported the development of a strategic plan for the FAA’s Unstaffed Infrastructure program.  Led the development of a Business Case to increase the FAA’s Decommissioning Program (program disposes of obsolete real property assets and infrastructure) budget from $5M per year to approximately $20M per years to meet the decommissioning demands of the FAA’s Next Generation (NextGen) modernization efforts.Utilized FAA’s Enterprise Architecture to identify anticipated changes in the National Air Space (NAS) infrastructure portfolio (communication facilities, navigation facilities, etc.) to develop the projected budget estimates for the Decommissioning Program.

TNT participants, in exchange for receiving professional coaching and support, raise funds to help support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in their efforts to end blood cancers.  In my role, I help our volunteer participants train to complete a marathon or half-marathon; support their fundraising efforts, and provide the mentoring, guidance, and support structure to help our participants accomplish the personal goals they have set out to achieve.
