Troubleshoot connectivity issues for 4200 devices. The tools I use are Netscout and Statseeker for checking latency, Nagios and OpenNMS for up down status of Direct digital and frame relay

to use OSPF,MPLS and BGP for our main protocols. Applying QOS and COS when needed for voice or video ,

Cisco routers models
2800 and 2900 , 7200 series routers also ASR 1002 routers. Also Cisco switches
from 2924, 3500 series the 3750 series to the current Nexsus 5000 switch. Plus
configuration of multi blade Cisco switches such as 4000 series 4500 series and
the 6500 series. I have configured from basic connectivity to a workstation to
40 gig port channels. I have some experience setting up and troubleshooting HRSP
on 6509 switches.
I am also responsible for the day to day
operations of our switched environment. Which intails replacing of power
supplies, configuration of ports moving and adding vlans when needed. Re
enabling ports if they go into a error disabled state then investigating what
caused this. Plus checking syslogs to see if there are any spanning tree issues
that need to be resolved
