productive materials to the plant (delivery time, transit times, quantities,
etc.).

2005.
- Supplier’s
capacity assessments were conducted and programs were put in place to
continuously monitor compliance.
- An outlook
process was established and the material flow visibility was increase from
1 day to 1 month.
- Line stoppages (production interruptions) caused by local vendors shortages were reduced from 20% on 2004 to 1,4% on 2005.
