        As a member of  Enterprise Messaging provides daily oversight of all messaging systems.
        Primary interface with external agencies working to intermediate or expedite projects and resolve disputes.
        Performs an active role in requirements gathering, source selection, design, and implements processes & procedures for acquisition and planning of future record comm systems.
        Plans future requirements. Gathers data on message traffic statistics to analyze the network for deficiencies, provides justification for system upgrades and hardware recap.
        Maintains network statistics and documentation.
        Responsible for developing and maintaining all network instructions, and standards by which each relay station is responsible for following.
        Integrated project teams (IPT) and Working Group involvement, and regular attendee of the weekly Enterprise Messaging Working Group.

        Provides communications subject matter expertise as well as Tier 2 level support by operating and maintaining five mission critical systems.
        Provides technical maintenance and management support for multiple networked client servers and secure messaging processing platforms.
        Isolates and resolves issues related to all communications systems, network connections and/or applications. Provides system monitoring, configuration management, performance analysis and "lessons learned" information to various command level boards as a sitting member.
         Provides step-by-step COOP/CARP contingency instructions/plans, configuration management, training and guidance to the 24/7 shift operators (both military and contractor personnel) for implementation and coordination of a planned or unscheduled hardware or software failure.
        Manages the configuration, account creation for the Site Communication Processor (SCP),the XML Interface bus (XIBUS), and the TELOS AMHS2005 messaging platform. Maintains, tracks, schedules, troubleshoots all aspects concerning the secure message center.
