Market Data Product Standardization Project - was part of a team whose job was to detail the overall results of the market data terminal & real-time usage and recommend cost reduction opportunities such as vendor consolidation and/or service replacement and suggestions for execution, clearly indicating cost savings which are quick-win items as well as those which are medium-term or strategic. ·         A desk-by-desk inventory of all products and services used by business user including the variance against the       original inventory provided by BST America.

·         In charge of updating the detailed report daily based on the results of the interviews along with trader (user) commentaries.
