●      Review requests for ad-hoc processing and changes to ESP Applications for adherence to standards, policies and impact on schedules.

●      Performed other scheduling duties as required.

●      Designed and implemented all batch processing ESP Applications.

●      Maintained and performed maintenance on the ESP Applications.

●      Responsible for all aspects of CA Workload Automation/CA Scheduler/Autosys/WCC scheduler / agents for current and prior versions / releases

●      Creation and maintenance of CA Workload Automation/CA Scheduler/Autosys/WCC schedules in support of multiple enterprise critical applications

●      Multi-platform scheduling in OS/390 and Windows 2003/2008 environments and the execution and monitoring of mainframe and browser jobs.

●      Processed uploads and downloads, service orders, payments on an IBM mainframe, ran batch jobs to move data between browser applications.

●      Troubleshooting and designing our department SharePoint site environments for internal employee portal, and various other websites. These sites are used for internal communications, document storage, and collaboration between employees and channel partners.

●      Responsible for developing disaster recovery requirements including the establishment of systems simulations designed to mirror client's system configurations to test and monitor disaster recovery procedures.

●      Project Management experience with DASD and Re-architect of Operation procedures projects.

●      Designed technology infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation including phases such as planning, execution, monitoring/controlling and close-out. Established project requirements, priorities, and deadlines. Ensured project was completed in accordance with all Technology Risk, Architecture and other relevant enterprise-wide guidelines.

●      Responsible for updating all MAP documentation for the department and all procedures.
