This was a full-time Avaya Learning Department. Originally I was brought on as Project Manager and Vendor Manager, and was then selected to become part of the newly-formed Conception and Implementation team as a Leading Edge Designer.
Selected Accomplishments:
  • Planned and developed new innovative projects in conjunction with the Sales Training team, as well as other verticals, based on specific needs. Additionally, performed as a consultant, and managed relationships with Subject Matter Experts, team managers, and stakeholders.
  • Developed, designed, and performed as Editor in Chief of the newsletter “Innovations” for the Conception and Implementation team.
  • Analyzed, created, and managed both the SPC team SharePoint and the new Instructor Resource course database.

This was a fourteen month engagement as an on-site consultant for a University-wide Oracle Financials implementation as part of the Training Services department in the Office of Human Resources.
Selected Accomplishments:
  • Developed classroom training materials and assessments, and performed in-person training for the PeopleSoft General Ledger, Asset Management, and eProcurement modules for over 200 employees and students.
  • Developed an online training course and assessment for Asset Management using Captivate 3, and Dreamweaver.

Job Description:
This position was an on-site consultant at Honda’s American headquarters in the IT department.
Selected Accomplishments:
  • Used Captivate 2 to design and create Web Based Training (WBT) lessons for the IT department on the use of Lotus Notes Instant Messaging, and for the Finance department for their PeopleSoft upgrade.
  • Updated and redesigned SOX documentation for the Finance department. Combined multiple file types into a single PDF, creating a more user-friendly document.
  • Redesigned internal website for the Technical Communications department.

Job Description:
This position was as an on-site consultant at the headquarters of the DGA during an implementation of a proprietary software package that was designed to combine all aspects of their business.
