Oracle Financial migration and integration with SAP ONE UP Project for PepsiCo Group of Companies
Release1 This was an integration project of Oracle financials (Multi Org and Multi-instances) with SAP (ERP). The functional synopsis of this project is to purchase all OG&S items (Indirect Procurement) in SAP for PepsiCo Group companies and pay from Oracle Accounts Payables. This requires inbound and outbound interfaces (Invoices, Payments,iExpenses, Vendors, Budgets, Projects, GL accounts , Accruals, Commitments, Items and Categories and Re-conciliation). Conversions of initial data (Vendors, UOM, Locations, Pos List of values, Accounting Code Combination, PO and Invoice Accrual and materials group), mapping of functional requirement. My role is to interact with the Operations business team interpret requirement and recommend solution, design functional compatibility of Oracle application to SAP, Design FMD, reviewing of MD050 documents.
Release 3 and 5 Conversion of all the data from Oracle Tropicana and Pepsi Instances( GL,AP,PO,PA, Concur, CCDS and Vertex) to SAP and interface new GL feeds and reconciliation reports from Oracle GL to SAP. Validation of recon reports from data warehousing for Oracle and SAP data. Retirement and sun setting of Oracle instances and data Archiving for Tax and Audit purposes. My role is to design functional compatibility of Oracle application to SAP, SME for Oracle, Functional Oracle presentation and training to the Achieving solution team reviewing of MD050 documents, creating and maintaining BR100 documents.

R12 Assessment and Upgrade: Conducted interviews with business to document current as is process for Procure to Pay cycle. Contributed to the blue print for the R12 re-implement project for Fritolay division.
