Caesars franchise to lead the Marketing Activities of this 23-store restaurant
chain. In addition to preparing an

negotiating with dozens of vendors and participating in local events in over
20-markets; I was charged with increasing revenue by training store cashiers in
sales techniques, partnering with local communities and direct selling to large
groups and organizations. I also,
generated all press releases, managed the media and publicity of this

for an advertising Co-Op committee that included six additional franchisees.

I was brought in to create a sales program for this small Competitive
Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC). During
my first 90-days, I added four new account executives, created and trained a
program based on the Action Selling Principals.
After that, I and designed a documented system for sales accountability
that included pre-call planning and sales call assessments, weekly account
reviews with on-going funnel management and monthly key performance indicators
that correlated to the company’s revenue plan.
I also created a “Company Story” campaign that was taught across several
departments allowing for Citynet to have a unified message in the marketplace. In addition to managing the internal sales
staff, I also attracted other firms to act as sales agents in our fringe
markets. Marketing accomplishments
included collaborating on the creation of new product literature and our media
advertising. This is a senior

frontline role in driving the sales initiatives in the WV, OH and KY markets.
Held responsibility for the stations sales quotas and managed 6 direct
reports. Prior to this, I held Account and
Sales Management positions for Huntington, WV’s newspaper, The Herald-Dispatch. I worked the major advertising accounts with
responsibilities that included the ROP and Pre-printed advertisements for the
newspaper’s largest accounts billing eight million annually. Held the position of Classified Advertising Manager where I managed a staff of eight
