closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and understand
overall needs and requirement (Description, salary timings, expectations
etc).

comprehensive job description based on hiring manager specifications to be
used to present candidate and to present post to job boards and internal
gateways.

Sourcing Analyst to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role.

client on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process.

and Manage strong consultative relationship with hiring managers and

all candidates personally contacted in recruiting cycle.

candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
- Scheduling
interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after
interviews.
- Presenting candidates to our management team applying high quality standards.
- Perform assigned duties, under direction of experienced personnel,
to gain knowledge experience required for promotion to management
positions
- Receive training plus perform duties in several departments, like
credit, customer relations, accounting, or sales, to become familiar with
line & staff functions, operations, management viewpoints plus company
policies practices that affect each phase of business
- Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods,
procedures and additionally standards required for performance of
departmental duties
