§ Designed and developed an office space planning tool for global
delivery centers across the US and Canada using Lotus Notes. This application interacted with the
BluePages employee directory to update seat assignments automatically.
§ Designed and developed an employee suggestion tool for global
delivery centers across the US and Canada using Lotus Notes. Suggestions submitted were reviewed by a
focal team and approved for implementation.
§ Served as customer’s main contact on a Java/DB2 Web tool which tracked
resource transfers and exits for a division of 25,000 employees. Created and maintained DB2 tables based on

customer to analyze enhancements and issues and provided analysis to Java
developer.
§ Provided the sole technical support for a hiring approval workflow
application that I initially developed in 2001.
This Lotus Notes application routed hiring requests automatically
through several levels of approvals.

European users based on a US/Canada version of the tool. This application enabled users to submit
requests for codes used to capture labor reporting data and automated a manual
process.

employees to request a new Lotus Notes ID or a change to an existing ID. This application is still in use today.
§ Redesigned and developed a resource management application which
tracked employee transfers and exits.
This application was used as the model for a Java/DB2 web tool which
