·         Worked closely with product management teams to gather UI and business requirements for final Software Requirements Design and schema design.  Responsible for all reporting requirements for Service Request CRM 11i, including reports for each customer service request.

Sr. Application Engineer, Call Center Internal Tracking System, 1997 – 1999
·         Successfully rolled out the first company Global Customer Database with data migration from the existing schema to global customer database for 3 tracking applications used in Asia, Europe and N. America.  Met extremely tight timeline for rewriting entire tracking system on new schema with same business requirements implemented globally, which enabled replication across countries to support a 24x7 Follow-the-Sun support model.
·         Successfully built a complex tracking system in UNIX environment using Oracle Forms 4.5 for client/server and web deployment and reduced the number of bugs for each subsequent release
