1.    Working as an HR Officer with Hindalco Industries Limited (Aditya Birla Group) from Jan 2013 to till date.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

¨       Sourcing and screening candidates from various sources and conduct telephonic interviews.
¨       Working with the Departmental heads in conducting interviews and finalizing the candidates.
¨       Coordinate with consultants & candidates for scheduling appointments with the Management Team for sourcing.
¨       Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective Managers.
¨       Collect and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement from new joining in consultation with the management.

Training & Development
                                                                  
¨       Identify and analyze training needs;
¨       Implementing training & development initiatives for skill updations, improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement of the new recruits and old employees.
¨       Continuously meet internal and external training need;
¨       Preparation of Training Calendar & releasing the same.
¨       Identifying Training Institutes for External and Internal Programs.
¨       Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate feedback to ensure effective learning;
¨       Continuously develop and improve the training teams capabilities through regular training and coaching.

Time Office/ House Keeping/ Security:

Grievance Handling:

¨       Driving performance reviews (half yearly, yearly), processing on-going confirmations, increments, promotions, ensuring compliance, timely completion and documentation of the entire process.

2. Worked as an Executive-HR in Shivashakthi Group of Companies from Aug 2011 to Jan 2013.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

·         Handling End to End Recruitment by understanding the requirements of the organization by discussing with the respective departmental heads.
·         Customizing the search, sourcing, head hunting, scrutinizing, short listing resumes, conduct initial round to the candidates for front line middle level.
·         Posting Jobs in the portals.
·         Sourcing Profiles from Job portals.
·         Screening Candidate profiles & Follow up with candidates
