As superintendent my duties and responsibilities include supervision of all aspects, phases and divisions for new construction and renovations of various projects throughout Connecticut.  Responsible for scheduling, sequencing and coordinating subcontractors and employees while ensuring project flow and assuring quality control and compliance to contract documents and specifications.  Liaison between subcontractors, architects, engineers and owners ensuring goals are met and owners’ needs and concerns are addressed. Ongoing review of subcontractor payment requisitions and schedule of values, expedite project materials, equipment and manpower.  Additional responsibilities include safety monitoring, daily construction reports, RFI logs, CC logs, posting SKS, recording as-builts, scheduling and documenting all special inspections, while overseeing all field activities and personnel assuring project schedule as well as a safe and clean work place.
