·         Lead the design of the new J2EE compliant ecommerce site using the Rational Rose UML tools suite.
·         Headed development team charged with implementing new Java based e-Commerce site with full real-time integration to SAP, the fulfillment center, and the CRS system, while managing an additional team tasked with maintaining the existing site.
