Met all departmental PCI requirements by end of 2007 as it relates to company system.

Handled billing system conversion of 13 million customers for group.

Through combined efforts, successfully prevented total system and server crash.

In my previous role for another company, I was responsible for the administration of a system designed to monitor and reduce the fraud on Alltel’s/Verizon’s network with a strong focus on mitigating the impact fraud had to customers.

I also served as project lead on many of the projects that interfaced with the Corporate Fraud Control group and several fraud regions.

I have over 10 years combined of telecom, analysis, customer service, sales, system administration, number portability and project management experience. During my years in the workforce, I have gained experience in the fraud monitoring, system administration, information protection, sales, project analysis and management, as well as, landline and wireless number portability to name a few. 

I have resolved system issues with co-mingling of customer records, system information inaccuracies and served as point on server upgrades and system enhancements.

I worked with groups such as UNIX, Database, Translations, Engineering and Microsoft Server Support, as well as, IT Message Processing groups on a daily basis.
