controls. Responsible for End-User Computing (EUC) files and
documentation. Maintain
authorized-signatory documentation for Treasury Operations and system
entitlements for the Cash area. Work
closely with internal Compliance to document our processes. No issues on our Audit Risk and Review or
Quarterly Business Monitoring.
· Review and
update SOX flowcharts, RCSAs, Records Management, Procedures Manual,
Continuity of Business plans, and all related testing. Proficient in producing diagrams and
schematics used in RCSA documentation and SOX compliance. Created the
flowcharts and documentation for the Asset Sales Operations Manual.

all areas of Treasury Operations including process management, compliance,

· Provide Portfolio
Managers with daily trading position for the DAKOTA, PALISADES, and THUNDERHEAD
Commercial Paper Notes Programs valued up-to-$24B in gross.
· Serve as a
liaison between Portfolio Managers and Citigroup’s Corporate Trust to
expedite the seamless execution of investment trades – approximately $1MM to
$300MM per trade blotter.
· Maintain Asset Sales Management System (ASMS) incorporation of all new
deals as well as any modifications to existing deals. Written requests to, and interaction with, Business
Analysts on system-related issues and requirements. User Acceptance Testing of ongoing system
enhancements and new releases.
