B-2 program center section structures; aft deck redesign and T-800 helicopter program.
Lead the structural design effort for the B-2 center wing understructure and routing of electrical and hydraulic lines in the wheel well/weapons bay. Designed structure (web, doublers and stringers between STA 97.5 and STA 280 on the B-2. Design of components in the Aux air doors and ducting on the B-2 engine intakes.
Re-engineering of the HH-65 (Dauphin-Coast Guard) Helicopter with T-800 (Garret) turbine engines to replace the LTS-101's to compete in the Army Light Helicopter Attack Program.
Coordinated with Aerospatiale and translated French documents including specifications.

Task Leader - Advanced Development Navy Vertical Launching System
Developed launch canister for ASROC and SM-2 missiles for shipboard launch
Designed a missile snubber system employing a four-bar linkage to hold ASROC in place and release upon sufficient launch force. Also developed an RFI-shielded nuclear-overpressure resistant housing for the missile launch and safe switch.

Responsible for processing design changes and change requests for the 44 and 45 sections and overwing exits on 757. Coordination with change control. Redesign of stringers and doublers. Weight reduction changes.
Associate Engineer
767 Flight Controls and payloads design on 767 aircraft.
Layout and detail design of pulley brackets, and guiding fairleads and grommet placement for cable-controlled aileron system. Design of the outboard aileron lockout for the 767. Layout and design of cable control bus and torque tube (LCCA) for aileron system and analysis and design of detent (and detent forces) for aileron breakout cam and force override system.
Lead design of PSU's (Passenger Service Units (oxygen, reading lamp and attendant call button. Design of polycarbonate reveal for onboard projector, cargo liners and seating layouts (LOPA's)
