                    A Cisco system is one of the leading electronic components companies of USA. The main objective of this project is to analyze the sales information. Currently CISCO system has over 300 distinct systems associated with orders and sales data. These instances are at various locations throughout the global. The data mart gets data from different heterogeneous relational i.e. Oracle and flat file sources. Design has been done to replace the existing code into Informatica. Logic has been designed through Informatica mappings to cleanse the data and load the data into the data mart.

Responsibilities:

  Understanding existing business model and customer requirements.

  Programmer performing all development, documentation and troubleshoot the ETL (Extraction, Transformation, load).

  Analyzed requirement specifications, coding the program and developed test plans.

Description

Company Business Management (CBM) application provides the process of requesting Assets and submitting asset valuations to the high-end clients. CBM enables more accurate and sophisticated residual realization and portfolio analysis of the Asset Management Data stored in the database.

Existing systems will receive the asset requested by the clients and in turn provide the asset valuation to them, and this data is used for building the CBM data mart. A congoz catalog will be developed on top of this CBM data mart containing information that the business users can use to analyze the Request Details, Asset Details, Asset Valuation, Internal Process Measures and Productivity.

Responsibilities

Using Informatica daily operational data will be Extracted and transformed by applying Business rules and load into Enterprise Warehouse. On top of EDW, There are various Data marts where Bank of Austria Users will genarate and regulate. The final report is then sent to Bank of Austria, Austria.
