In addition to running a full-service computer shop, for 8 years I assisted libraries (Mullan, Wallace, Kellogg, and Pinehurst ID) with their computer problems and have installed much of the hardware and software. I have trained patrons and librarians as needed. I have written and maintained manuals and procedures in the past at various jobs and currently do so for customers who cannot remember how to use specific pieces of software. I also train customers on how to use their computers. I love training and assisting people. |
