conversion of the patient accounting system from an M based Antrim system to a
web based XIFIN system. Produced manuals
for the staff to reference on the functionality of the HL7 XIFIN
interfaces. Utilized Access database to
produce profile letters combining data from Antrim and Xifin. Participated on many focus groups for various
projects. Recaptured revenue by
identifying employee claims and redirecting them to pass through a different
clearinghouse. Automated the manual
entry of reflex test transactions to go through an HL7 process, which saved 2-3
FTE’s a day’s work.
