(Big Box Remodel) 10 week remodel Wal-Mart projects.
Total remodels to include all divisions. This consisted of two shifts together
with a night superintendent. I was responsible for setting up the night work as
well as any work to be performed during the day. Turned daily reports, operated
basic office equipment, to include pc, work, excel spread sheets. My salary was
$75K.

-Springfield, MO. 197k sf, (Ground up construction) this structure included a
drive through garden center, masonry construction. Two phase project. We demoed
existing mall for phase 1. We opened up part of the Wal-Mart to demo existing
store move client in then completed the rest of the new store. Work included but not limited to: 3 week look ahead
for schedules, interacting with engineers, architects and owner representatives
to resolve present and future construction related issues. I assured
that all subcontractor work was being performed per plan and schedules.
Asbestos abatement was necessary after finding contaminated material during the
demolishing. Salary was $90,000.00.

Box) Wal-Mart Super Center - Tyler, TX. 235k sf. Wal-Mart Super Center –
(Ground up construction) Completed on schedule and turned over to owner with no
construction related issues on Grand Opening. Ground up construction to include
masonry construction, underground utilities, retention area. Roof mounted
refrigeration. Work included but not limited
to: 3 week look ahead schedules, interacting with engineers, architects and
owner representatives to resolve present and future construction related issues.
I Salary was $90,000.00
Wright Construction 2005-2005
Construction Superintendent
(Big
Box) Super Target - Ft Myers, Fla. - 165k sf. brought in to finish a project
that was (2) months behind schedule with 90 days left to complete. Tilt wall construction. Work included but not limited to: 3 week look ahead schedules,
interacting with engineers, architects and owner representatives to resolve
present and future construction related issues. We worked 24hrs seven days a week with all trades
as needed.
Salary was $90,000.00. I agreed to
complete the one project.
MW Builders 2004 - 2005

(Big Box) Wal-Mart SuperCenter - Lewisburg, TN. - 155k sf.
(Ground up constructions) I was
brought in to complete a project that was two months behind schedule. Completed
on schedule and turned over to owner with no construction issues on Grand
Opening. Work included but not limited to: 3
week look ahead schedules, interacting with engineers, architects and owner
representatives to resolve present and future construction related issues.
Salary was $90,000.00. We removed massive
amounts of lime stone rock. I dealt with all permitting and local city, county,
and state requirements. All of the underground utilities had to be blasted or
rock sawed.
W.G.Yates & Sons 2004 - 2004
Construction Superintendent
(Big Box) Wal-Mart Supercenters, Stein Mart, Kroger, and
PetsMart. I was the senior supervisor of over 200 workers including all
subs. This was the only one of a kind Wal-Mart in the City of New Orleans, LA.
(255k sf) To include underground retention areas, seat walls around entire
property, ornamental fencing around entire property, numerous designs of
stamped concrete, brick pavers, multi designs of exterior glass. I was brought
into this project mid stream that was 3 months behind and caught up possession
date in 130 days on the job. This amount of work insured the completion and
satisfied the client on grand opening day. Salary was $70,000 plus matching
Bonus. I attended weekly meetings with all subcontractors and project
management to discuss where the job was going and to maintain the right
direction for completion.
Weis Builders Inc 2002 - 2004
Construction Superintendent
(Big
Box) Wal-Mart Super Center - 184k sf. – (Ground up construction) Built project in harshest of winter
conditions, to include 7” of frost removal for interior slab prior to
functional RTU operation. This ground was thawed out and worked in 4 different
phases inside the building. Managed resources needed to implement the project
and maintain the budgets, successfully completing the project on time and
budget. Facilitated weekly sessions and unit meetings to assess progress and
resolve issues. I wrote RFI?s for need additional information. I conferred with
architects and engineers to resolves the issues at hand. My salary was
$75,000.00.
