Agile “sprints” were assigned to smaller teams to ensure robust and scalable software was being delivered and deployed to the production environments. Field-testing was performed in “sprints” across smaller test teams to determine the most compatible hardware platforms for the software redesign to include the incorporation of the Salesforce.com workforce management packages.
·          Take the voice of the sponsor, customers and key stakeholders to derive more detailed and measurable business and functional requirements in a very dynamic environment transitioning from a purely Waterfall methodology to a hybrid “Spiral methodology” integrating Agile, to rescue an inherited troubled project.
