success of the project. Predefined Data
Conversion processes with minimal changes helped deliver this project on a
timely basis. Conversion was
accomplished in an admirable 10 month window.
Help Desk Manager 1997-2000
Responsible
for leading a team of support analysts whose charter was to support an
extensive and all encompassing suite of legacy production systems. Help Desk Manager role was responsible for
legacy applications written in MAPPER/COBOL. The role was extended to include
the Management of the Data Conversion team also.
