Leaded  numerous web application projects, providd managerial and business analytical support in creating a Business Requirements, Project Scope and Management Project Plan. Worked as a liaison between Operations Office and IT Department, third party vendors, legal accounting and executive offices. Actively assisted PMO to implement SDLC and PMI standards.

·         Intrasweep Automated Invoices Web Application project – successfully completed on time and under budget(250K). The goal of this project was to eliminate manual management fee calculation and invoice processing and build on-line system generating automated reports and invoices for Accounting department.
·         MMDA-Bank Reconciliation Tool – (each Phase budget is about 160K-210K), successfully completed
·         Customer Service Portal build and renew IVR system project- successfully completed
·         US IRS Compliance project
·         2008 and 2009 Year End Projects – successfully completed on time and under budget (over 500K project, including but not limited to the Tax form production, printing and distribution, legal consultation fee.
·         Business and Technology needs projects:
·         2009 – 2010 Business Continuation Plan (BCP) – successfully completed on time and under budget (350K). This project was about company’s current technology overview, Network, Voice systems, software, application, vendors, clients and human resources inventory and proper procedural documentation to be used in any disaster situation when company can partially or completely cease it’s operational process.
