Selected Achievements
Saved
major project. Completion of a major consolidation project for Verizon
client J&J was hindered by a lack of key equipment. Working with vendor and
both companies, tapped inventories, secured equipment from other projects and
expedited shipping. Completed move seamlessly and on time, avoiding $100K/day in
fines and fees.
Led
compromised move to on-time completion. First J&J project
undertaken was an international call center move delayed by original
contractor. With six months to complete a one-year project, assembled team and
global resources, and escalated schedule. Activated center on schedule,
averting disruption to client’s business.
Created
cutting-edge ATM network. MCI client, NewsCorp, needed an ATM network
to carry data, voice and digital video. With no existing model or protocol, led
team of engineers, consultants and vendors to develop network while working
internally to meet bandwidth requirements. Completed groundbreaking network on
schedule.
Optimized
performance of global network. MCI client, WPP Group, complained of
endemic performance issues with new global network. Replaced technical
consultant. Worked with operations center and senior engineers to monitor/gauge
performance. Identified and resolved critical bottlenecks, meeting client’s
standards.
Redesigned
network, saving contract. Because of an undetected design flaw, $50M
network couldn’t provide bandwidth required by MCI customer, Chase. Led team of
engineers and designers to revamp bandwidth flows and re-engineer circuit
layouts. Met full requirements and successfully completed project, avoiding
contract issues.

of up to twenty engineers and designers in Johnson & Johnson PMO. Developed
and implemented large network projects in support of J&J site upgrades, new
sites and acquisitions. Partnered with engineering, sales and client to address
business needs.

2003 to 2008. Promoted to develop and implement applications and intelligent
solutions to support Citigroup’s IVR platform and networks. Liaison between company,
Citigroup, and primary subcontractors to ensure streamlined interaction and

manage the implementation of international ATM network connecting New York , London and Los Angeles for NewsCorp.
Project entailed three redundant fiber rings and five frame relay networks to
