Additional
program management achievements are that I improved the accuracy of our data
metrics by over 220% within the first six months of this contract work. Additionally, I have turned a four and a half

include management of 50+ resources, multimillion dollar budgets, and schedules
of many projects and programs. Project
listing includes data center power projects, infrastructure upgrades for Cisco
switches and routers, and the installation and migration of the PeopleSoft
suite of products. Technologies included
in these programs were Windows, Linux, and AIX OS's. Web servers included were; Websphere,
Weblogic, and IIS. Hardware platforms
were IBM and Dell servers. Network storage
used was Hitachi SAN and Netapp NAS solutions.
Oracle 11G was the DB of choice including TDE for encryption in
storage.
The Data
center/infrastructure work comprised of the following:
ñ Power Upgrades to main breakers, street power, UPS systems, and HVAC
equipment.
ñ Upgrades/migrations of Cisco switches and Routers and all associated
wiring.
ñ Worldwide VPN migration of thousands of users. This includes remote access from data centers
located across the globe.

suite includes the Financials, HCM, Portal, Procurement, Accounts Receivable

Managed the
business needs for the implementation of the Opsware suite of products. These implementations were performed on site
at companies such as Lehman Brothers, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, and Marsh
McLennan. Responsibilities include
expectation setting, managing projects, personnel, service level agreements
(SLAs), and budgets for clients. Position required knowledge in all
aspects of project and client management.
Created and chaired international engagement managers’ weekly meetings
to standardize our service delivery worldwide. Additionally, I performed in-service
seminars on critical management topics such as professionalism, etiquette, and
ethics utilizing in-house facilities and including webinars. The East Region had successfully generated
over one million dollars of revenue for the second quarter of two thousand and

Sales system (counterpoint) and Sarbanes Oxley compliance were the main focus
of my position. The Ad Sales system was
responsible for generating millions of dollars in revenue. Application availability was critical because
this was a revenue generating system.
Infrastructure change management for routers, switches, and servers were
also part of this opportunity. This
included all aspects of change management, technical review, meeting
facilitation, and management communication.

May 2005 – February 2006

Merck – Setup the process and managed the
desktop conversion of 8500 remote sales force laptops. This was a conversion from conventional
laptops to the new Tablet PC standard on Windows. Technical readiness, facilities planning,
meeting facilitation, and operational excellence were part of the normal daily
routine. Authored and communicated
daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to senior management. Our due diligence checks helped us to take
immediate corrective actions to reduce pervasive technical issues. Project completed three months ahead of
schedule. The overall cost savings to
the company was in excess of two hundred thousand dollars.
JPMorgan Chase (Sogeti Inc) May 2003-February 2005
