Performed against an integrated master schedule (IMS). Successfully manage and controlled actual operating expenditures to 98% efficiency. Prepared and reported weekly/monthly status. This included the integration of eight (8) sub‑systems, budgeting, work authorization, Project/2 scheduling, performance, accounting, variance analysis (VAR), EAC, and change/revision control. Responsibilities also included the management and control of all direct cost, indirect and overhead cost for 150 plus nuclear engineering personnel. Developed capital and operating budgets for annual ($25 million) and ten year financial forecast ($250 million).
