EXECUTIVE Summary

As a security and authorization team officially on 1^st Sept 2010, I have undergone in-house SAP S&A training and knowledge transfer; as well as gained knowledge in Level 1, 2 and 3 in S&A support. I had conducted knowledge sharing sessions on Password Policy Management, Profile Parameters and Portal Security with the S&A team and attended numerous S&A knowledge sharing sessions.

Background TfL-Crossrail is one of the local transport system based in East London. Its transport system covers most areas in England and is looking to further expand its routes across London. As for my role for this client, I am involved in User Provisioning, Administration and Security and Authorization tasks for their systems – ECC, BI, SRM and Portal.
