·         Project Engineer (4/2009-Present). Manage projects at facility for enhancing current capabilities and expanding product lines. I was successful in acquiring funding for and implementing $1M project from NASA to fundamentally change our approach to processing and data delivery.

·         Engineering Center Manager (12/2004-4/2009). Managed ~$3M budget and team of 18 software developers and system administrators. Responsible for budget, tasking, and project execution. Implemented Agile software development methods for rapid software and hardware deployment.

·         Technical Services Office Lead (8/2003-12/2004). Supervised a team of 10 people with oversight of data quality and calibration, software tools development, SAR processor development, and technical consulting. Applied project management to group by requiring better planning and incremental updates,

·         Software Engineer (11/2001-8/2003). Developed and implemented algorithms for advanced SAR and Interferometric SAR image processing. Gave a series of outreach lectures on SAR processing. Provided troubleshooting support of tools and operational processors.

·         Quality Assurance Lead (6/1999-9/2000). Supervised 4 staff. Responsible for data quality and quality assurance, personnel issues, and budget. Wrote and revised algorithms for statistics extraction and calibration information from SAR data in C and Visual Basic.

·         Calibration Engineer (8/1998-6/1999). Instrumental in developing algorithm for noise floor analysis and error propagation. Performed calibration and validation of SAR processors. Introduced statistical and process control to the group.

·         Chemistry 412 – Instrumental Analytical Methods (8/2005-12/2005). Taught upper level (Senior and Graduate Student) course, involving modern chemistry instrumentation, emphasizing statistical analysis and digital signal processing.
