Resolved technical problems and answers queries by telephone and e-mail in support of internal and/or external customer’s computer hardware, software, network, and cellular devices.  Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.  May route calls to product line specialists or contact vendors directly.  Maintains and updates records in various databases.  Alerts management to recurring problems and patters of problems.


Data Entry Operator                                                                    July 2007 – August 2007

Responsible for entering and editing data in spreadsheets so that it matched the hand copy of reports the client had on file.

Computer Operator                                                                   July 2006 – April 2007
The Rawlings Group, Louisville, KY

Reporting to the Manager of Operations, was responsible for receiving, processing, and maintaining client data.  The process included running a data mining engine to generate letters.  The position also provided support of special projects as assigned by management.  The position supported all business units and required an attention to detail along with excellent communication and organizational skills.  Other responsibilities included maintaining backups of operating systems and client data, along with generating subrogation and pharmacy letters.
