- Successfully managed
the coordination of multiple SAP Training projects directed toward a Global
SAP implementation. Developed Training delivery plans, training project
plans, managed interfaces between deployment milestones and training
requirements, work with Deployment managers for Super user and End-user

- Successfully created a centralized matrix Project
Management Office which increased project visibility at the corporate
level through centralized reporting; reduced project initiation time,
enhanced use of shared resources and drastically reduced overall project
management costs. Staff management responsibility for 14 FTEs and 5
consultants.
- Partnered with industry analysts and managed
