·         Responsible for leading multiple concurrent eCommerce projects for the ten Wyndham hotel websites, including Wyndham Resorts, Ramada and Days Inn.  Websites generate over $600MM annual revenue and represent over 7000 hotels worldwide.
·         Worked through entire redesign of brand websites, responsibilities include determining information architecture and content strategy, delivery of wireframes, usability testing, and development in a multi-phase rollout of functionality and brands.
·         Led multi-yearupgrade for the hotel brand websites. Followed an Agile/Scrum approach to quickly bring to market a continuous series of product features to address evolving business needs and changing regulatory compliance. This greatly resulted in improvedsite trafficand increased revenue.
