customer environments for our software product using both VMware and MS Virtual
Server. This included the packaging of product updates and distribution via
SMS. Desktop duties included in-person and remote support (50 users), OS
upgrades (NT 4.0 to W2K to XP), and security patch distribution (SUS and WSUS)
on a mixture of hardware (IBM, Dell, and HP/Compaq).
