Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software and related infrastructure for 600+ users.Supports Private Bank users as well as senior executive management with all system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related applications, to adhere to organizational policies and procedures.  Act as Lead Network Attached Storage (NAS) subject matter expert primarily responsible for maintenance and implementation of disaster recovery, COB and OS upgrades on all filers.  Daily and weekly volume maintenance to ensure availability of adequate resources.

·         Support Trading Floor users with regard to all accessed application and hardware issues.  Troubleshoot all issues timely to ensure no impact to business operations.
