·         Primary creator of the CVM Solutions Implementation Methodology, the standard by which staff and support teams implement and support both the Supplier Central solution as well as our legacy platform for all clients.

Achievements:

Fieldglass, Inc. – Chicago, IL
Member of the Professional Services Leadership Team, charged with developing and executing the strategic direction of the delivery mechanism for the business.  Responsible for the creation and on-going management, utilization, and mentoring of the Implementation Business Analyst Team who directly support the Implementation Project Managers.  Project Manager for seven (7) unique implementations of the Fieldglass application, ranging in size from $20MM annual revenue to $500MM annual revenue, spanning the United States, Canada, Europe, and Africa.
·         Leader and key contributor to the creation of the Fieldglass Implementation Methodology – a collection of procedural documents and template forms by which all implementations of the application are governed, executed, and maintained.

Fortna Inc – Q4 Systems Implementation Division – Chicago, IL
Project Manager in charge of leading all day-to-day interaction and management of the second largest revenue client for the Q4 Systems Implementation Division of Fortna, accounting for approximately $3 million in annual top-line income.  Responsible for the successful day-to-day client interactions and overall client relationship.  Managed both internal and external resources as part of the of the Project Manager position, leading as many as two internal employees and as many as ten external client employees to drive project success.
·         Successfully coordinated the planning and testing of two separate instances of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) implemented at independent distribution centers.  The system implemented is the ‘inventory system of record’ for our client for the two warehouses of 75,000 square feet and 1.2 million square feet respectively.  Combined, these facilities account for over $3 billion in annual revenue for the client.
·         Planned and participated in the on-site support for the ‘go live’ of two distribution centers. These support efforts required allocation and assignment of operational and system support resources for a four-week period to properly provide for a 75 person per shift operation, running twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

·         Authored multiple internal papers and presentations to educate co-workers in the Systems Implementation Division on processes, methods, and procedures leading to successful implementations for our client.

Ryder – Fort Worth, Texas
Functioned as the sole IT Project & Account Manager for the two premier accounts of the Supply Chain Services Group of Ryder.  Provided direct, client-facing support for all information technology related elements of the account support process.  Charged with managing the day-to-day account support activities of both client relationships as well as departmental requirements for Third Party Logistics accounts as defined by the organization. Functioned as liaison between internal Information Technology, Operations, Finance, and Transportation Management teams for customer-requested project work.  Project teams have ranged in size from three to fifteen members, all responsible for different elements of the solution delivery.

Responsible for the primary operations of the GE Supply Logistics Information Technology Department, consisting of approximately one-quarter of a billion dollars in hardware, software, and program asset.  Primary liaison between GE Supply Logistics Business Team and Information Technology Team, gathering business requirements for project work and translating to technical requirements for development teams.  Lead and coordinated Information Technology implementations of Inventory Logistics Management (ILM) programs for ten high-revenue customers, accounting for approximately $500,000 in total sales.  Managed customer relations through direct contact with impacted parties gathering requirements as necessary.  Program implementations provide customers a digital means in which to place orders from their own locations.
