Main Scope of Responsibilities:

·             preparing and typing out the required forms for the processing of applications for visit visas, transit visas, labor cards, residence permits, etc. and their renewals
·             Monitor expiry dates of employee labor cards, residence permits, passports, entertainers visit visa, registration, permits, licensees, NOC’s and their renewals to ensure processing on time
·             Ensure the safekeeping of employee documents  within the Human Resources Office and maintain a written record expiring documents
·             Issue and control employee lockers and maintain record to produce a monthly summary, control keys in the key box and replace locks / keys of lockers as required
·             Issue passport copies and document copies as and when required by employees
·             Feed employees data and scan the relevant documents into CID system, keep updated and send data to the CID system on a regular basis as required
·             Verify on leave application regarding vacation, sick leaves and other vacation system requirements etc.
·             Maintain total confidentiality at all the time
·             Carry out other relevant tasks and duties as assigned from time to time
