My previous tenure at Lucent Technologies brought me in contact with executive level customer engagements to set and reset expectations in international environments, as well as perform onsite solution design and deployment of Telco VoIP and circuit switching Internet Call Diversion technologies.

My tenure at Telecom Italia provided me with an opportunity to develop complex workflow technologies and introduce server level tiering in the IT stack.
