• Implemented the document structure abstraction and document transformation framework using XML and XSL (XSLT; XPath; XSL-FO). The framework was driven by Java SE and Java Servlet. Integrated the framework in the main application.
• Designed and implemented a compiler interfacing the document structure abstraction framework with http post requests. The compiler had a lexical analyzer and a syntax analyzer integrated with an XML generator converting the HTTP Post data to a valid XML document compatible with the document structure abstraction framework.
• Implemented a Data Abstraction Layer to make the business layer loosely coupled with the Object-Relational Mapping framework, Hibernate, using the design patterns Abstract Factory and Data Access Object.
• Provided the default implementation of the Data Abstraction Layer using the Hibernate ORM. Implemented the data requests using the HQL (Hibernate Query Language).
